Over the past decade in HR consulting, I’ve guided more than 50+ organizations — from healthcare systems to manufacturing leaders — through successful Workday implementations. My favorite part? I treat every rollout like a “culture love match,” pairing the right processes, training, and change strategy with each company’s unique DNA. The result: smoother adoptions, happier teams, and clients who affectionately call me their “Workday Firefighter”
